Goodrich China receives their Econoclave EC16x30

TIANJIN, China -- An ASC Econoclave EC16x30 passed Goodrich qualification testing this week in China. The autoclave will enter production at Goodrich's facility in Tianjin in a few weeks. The autoclave has working dimensions of 16 ft. (4870mm) diameter by 30 ft. (9150mm) long and was built in ASC's Valencia, CA facility, trucked to the port, and then transferred to a ship for the trip to China. The entire project took 14 months from order through commissioning. Robbie Yan, manager of ASC - Beijing Ltd, said "There was tremendous effort to get this autoclave built, shipped, and running in such a short amount of time. ASC thanks Goodrich's procurement, engineering and qualification teams for helping this project run so smoothly."
