When bad things happen to good people
You've probably heard the saying when bad things happen to good people. Well, the same can apply to autoclaves. Late last year, one of our customers had a pretty serious facility fire that destroyed their new building and most of the equipment inside, including two new Econoclaves. In order to continue production, our customer needed replacements.. fast. Unfortunately, new autoclaves of this size and complexity take almost 24 weeks to build, and that did not meet our customer’s timeline. So, to meet the schedule, ASC instead offered to rebuild the burned-out autoclaves to a “like new” condition in a record-setting 12 weeks. After scrapping all external assemblies and components, we sandblasted the exterior, built new assemblies, installed components, added plumbing, conduit, and wire, repainted, and then finished off with a 100% test at our facility. Mission accomplished!! Thanks to the entire team for getting our customer up and running: Patrick (Mechanic), Jaime (Electrician), Henry (Mechanic), Austin (Mechanic), and Alex (Engineer).
