Q: Where are your Oven manufactured?

A: The majority of our Oven are manufactured at our plant in Valencia, CA. We start by fabricating the pressure vessel, and then we continue adding internal insulation, sheet metal, and all the componentry to make an oven. We also build our own heat-exchangers, electric heaters, and most optional systems. For very large Oven that cannot be easily transported, we usually choose to build the autoclave at the customer’s facility.

Q: Does ASC build custom Ovens?

A: Yes. ASC is an expert at building customized ovens. Of course, we will always recommend a pre-engineered design to reduce cost and improve delivery, but if you need a fully-custom-designed oven, we have got you covered. Just send us your detailed specification, and we will design an oven that meets all of your exact, line-by-line requirements.

Q: Can I finance the oven?

Q: Does ASC provide an Industry 4.0 solution?

A: ASC continues to push the envelope of machine control using our CPC 2022 software. We are continuously adding features that support the tenets of Industry 4.0, including Interconnection, information transparency, technical assistance, and decentralized decision-making. New options available include cloud-based monitoring, plant data visibility options, enhanced preventative maintenance systems, run-cost calculations, in-process operator assistant for fast decision making, and greater capabilities for automatic cure validation.
